This magazine is garbage!!! 90% fluff and 10% exercise!!! If you are into lip stick, make up, and facial creme and not exercise then this is the magazine for you. If you are looking for a real exercise magazine then keep shopping. Please read all of the reviews for this magazine under the 1 yr subscription title.

This magazine is always packed with new and informative information. I enjoy reading it every month and feel that it is a magazine with a great balance of reading between healthy eating, exercising, and a good life style.

I subscribe to about 7 magazines and read a few others regularly. This is probably my favorite. There's a lot of useless filler in all magazines-whether its ads or articles or suggestions that seemingly have nothing to say to someone unless they weigh 100 pounds and think $500 is cheap for a cotton shirt. This is the first mag I have read in a long time that I actually read everything, cover to cover. I highly recommend.

I bought this as a stocking stuffer for my Fiance and the first delivery came the day after Christmas. What perfect timing! Anyway, she's happy with the product and I've been a subscriber of Men's Health for years so I'd recommend it...
